Run NZ Run have developed an exciting online programme for older New Zealanders that combines walking or running with dedicated strength and balance exercises — all designed to help you stay active, independent, and on your feet. A monthly subscription gives you access to personal online progress tracking, strength and balance videos, and a quarterly completion medal mailed to you at the end of each quarter.
