The AquaYoga class is part of Coastlands Aquatic Centres specialised class. These tailored classes provide extra support, using warm water and low-impact exercises to improve mobility, ease joint pain, and promote relaxation.
· This class is run in the Programmes pool which is heated to 32 degrees.
· There is no music or microphone
· Classes are small with up to 8 participants.
