This class uses a variety of seated and standing exercises suited to all abilities, and those less agile. You will be using equipment such as hand weights, body weight, & resistance bands to challenge your body & mind to improve stability & strengthen muscles.
These classes are suitable for older adults of all fitness levels who are looking to improve their physical well-being in a welcoming and inclusive setting. Whether you're new to exercise or looking to maintain your current level of fitness, our certified instructors will provide modifications and encouragement to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Come along to class wearing whatever clothes you feel comfortable moving in. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated & a positive attitude. Plenty of free parking available.
