This class uses different modes of exercise to keep it varied and interesting. Nadia is fantastic at putting exercise to music to warm you up and get your coordination going! Following this, a circuit-style class is usually used, with stations around the room with exercises to challenge strength and balance. You’ll have the luxury of using a variety of exercise equipment such as steps, bands and balls to keep it fun and challenging.
This class is suitable for older adults of all fitness levels who are looking to improve their physical well-being in a welcoming and inclusive setting. Whether you're new to exercise or looking to maintain your current level of fitness, our certified instructor will provide modifications and encouragement to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Come along to class wearing whatever clothes you feel comfortable moving in. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
