Looking for a full-body workout that builds strength, flexibility, and balance? This class is ideal for those who want to maintain or improve their fitness through a progressive Pilates session. This class is best suited for experienced movers with good mobility and familiarity with Pilates.

What to expect

This dynamic Pilates session covers core principles such as control, breathing, flow, precision, centering, and stability. Participants need to be able to get down onto the floor to complete exercises. The class includes a variety of bodyweight movements and basic equipment, with progressions and regressions provided to suit different abilities.

Who can join

This class is suitable for older adults with good mobility and fitness who want a more progressive workout.

What to bring and wear

Come along to class wearing whatever clothes you feel comfortable moving in. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Participants are encouraged to bring their own Pilates mat if possible. Plenty of free parking available.
