Enjoyable and safe class is in a physio gym setting with access to specialist equipment. Small class sizes ensure adequate support for those with lower mobility, and a nice social atmosphere.

What to expect

This class uses a variety of seated and standing exercises in a group setting. The class uses both body weight and some simple equipment like bands and balls to challenge and develop strength and balance. Due to the smaller class size, this class is great for those who need for individualised support or monitoring and creates a safe environment for exercise.

Who can join

This class is suitable for older adults of all mobility levels, however, is targeted at those with lower mobility levels. Whether you're new to exercise or looking to maintain your current level of fitness, our certified instructor will provide modifications and encouragement to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. 

What to bring and wear

Come along to class wearing whatever clothes you feel comfortable moving in. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Plenty of free parking available at the Plaza mall.
