Come along and join in with Tom’s Keep on your Feet class in Judea. This class is low impact and aims to improve strength, balance and endurance while having lots of fun!
This class uses a variety of seated and standing exercises using both body weight and some simple equipment like bands and balls. It is a low impact class with plenty of seated options available for those with lower mobility or need more support. This is a social and fun group, who enjoy laughter and camaraderie during the class.
This class is suitable for older adults with a lower/moderate level of mobility looking to improve their physical well-being in a welcoming and inclusive setting. Whether you're new to exercise or looking to maintain your current level of fitness, our certified instructors will provide modifications and encouragement to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Come along to class wearing whatever clothes you feel comfortable moving in. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Plenty of free parking available.
