Come along and join in with Jess and Abby’s strength and balance class at Harvest Health Hub. This class aims to improve strength, balance and endurance while having lots of fun!

What to expect:

1. Warm-Up: Begin each session with a gentle warm-up to prepare your muscles and joints for the exercises ahead. 

2. Strength Training: Engage in exercises designed to build muscle strength and endurance, targeting key areas such as legs, arms, and core.

3. Balance: Practice a variety of balance exercises to improve stability and reduce the risk of falls. These exercises are specifically selected to challenge and strengthen your balance abilities. 

4. Flexibility and Mobility: Incorporate stretches and mobility exercises to enhance flexibility, promoting greater range of motion and joint health. 

Who can join:

This class is suitable for older adults of all fitness levels who are looking to improve their physical well-being in a welcoming and inclusive setting. Whether you're new to exercise or looking to maintain your current level of fitness, our certified instructors will provide modifications and encouragement to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. 

What to bring and wear:

Come along to class wearing whatever clothes you feel comfortable moving in. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Plenty of free parking available.
