Come along and join in with Fit and Fun. This class aims to improve strength, balance and endurance while having lots of fun!
Each session begins with a gentle warm-up to prepare your muscles and joints for the exercises ahead. The class then moves into a mix of strength, balance, and flexibility work, designed to build muscle strength and endurance while improving stability and reducing the risk of falls. You’ll target key areas such as the legs, arms, and core through functional movements that support everyday activities. To keep things lively, the class also includes some cardio exercises to get the heart rate up and boost overall fitness, along with a few fun games to challenge coordination and add a sense of play to the workout. The session ends with stretches and mobility exercises to enhance flexibility, support joint health, and leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
This class is suitable for older adults of all fitness levels who are looking to improve their physical well-being in a welcoming and inclusive setting. Whether you're new to exercise or looking to maintain your current level of fitness, our certified instructors will provide modifications and encouragement to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Come along to class wearing whatever clothes you feel comfortable moving in. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Plenty of free parking available.
